When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email once payment is received. Payment options include Credit Card payments through Yoco. Orders are only processed after payment clears in our account.

6. Shipping and Delivery

All items are made and packed with care. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, as many of our products are locally handmade. If you need your order urgently, contact us at hello@littlepetalco.co.za and we’ll do our best to assist.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your order. However, because many of our products are made to order or personalised, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items. To request a return, notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and return the product within 7 days, in its original condition and packaging. Include your invoice and proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns for personalised or custom-made items, or items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear. Approved returns will be refunded or replaced once inspected.
